One of the ways that the Buddha taught to uplift the mind and cultivate happiness is to recall the good things that we have done. Somehow in the modern culture its OK to be proud about our car or our job yet we have difficulty with feeling good about good things we have done and said. [What’s with that?] So in line with the 4 right efforts of abandoning the harmful and cultivating the beneficial I offer this guided meditation which works with uplifting the mind by touching in on bringing to mind our past good deeds.
